Dr. Soudabeh Varasteh is the rudest doctor ever I spoke in Canada. She called my dad mentally sick because he didn’t ask clinic how much is the cost for Osteopathy. She said, his family doctor should tell my dad that he has to pay for $150 for Osteopathy. They give him the treatment and ask for $150 CASH. I called to complain and Dr. Soudabeh Varasteh was so rude to me. She even didn’t know as family doctor that seniors and people with low income and disability have coverage on some treatments. Even the receipt doesn’t show what kind of treatment he got to claim with insurance company. I still can’t believe educated person that call herself doctor and owner of clinic, call patient mentally sick. She couldn’t even keep up to have conversations in English. Supper unprofessional and rude. Dr. Soudabeh Varasteh - This is Canada and it is way different from where you came from. Learn some manners and respect.
